USDA Regulations AZ, CA, FL, TX

4/13/2016

Many people are confused when they order CITRUS trees online or our store on Amazon.com why we cancel their order. It's because it is illegal to ship citrus trees to their state.

The USDA has laws that restrict the movement of citrus trees to protect them from diseases from other citrus areas. Currently these states have restrictions and it means you can NOT have citrus shipped to you:

----Arizona, California, Florida, Guam, Hawaii,  Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Texas and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Red color text are the main areas people have questions.

Be aware that if you knowingly purchase citrus in violation of quarantine regulations and requirements, the penalties you could incur range from $1,100 to $60,000 per violation.
